This year is seeing an especially strong reservations season based on several factors. Some local restaurants are closed and others using the fall hurricane season as a good and necessary reason to remodel; this leaves more business to those restaurants which were relatively unaffected or less affected. The snowbirds are always welcome and contribute heavily to reservation season and of course the end of the Covid-Era brings an even larger crowd of diners and cocktail imbibers.
With season in full force, it's time to plan events accordingly. Join us on January 14th for the Second Annual Naples Charity Clays event benefiting the Parkinson's Foundation. The Naples Boat Show on January 21, Cars on 5th - February 2nd, The 44th Annual National Art Show at Cambier Park on February 26th or the Naples Craft Beer Festival on March 4th.
Hello, it was a long and strange season for many. Moving into autumn, I hope this message finds you safe, secure, healthy and happy! Many were not so blessed, and my heart goes out to them via my actions! We are finally off the races with respect to the fall issue of SOUTHWEST FLORIDA / Best of Naples 2022 issue. The best business in each category cannot become the best business without giving back to the community which it serves reciprocally. Whether it's through recruiting employees to run in a charitable marathon, allowing a bloodmobile to set up in the corporate parking lot or tithing a $50,000,000.00 award settlement. Your charitable deeds will not go unnoticed by the creator. It is my understanding that non-profits are knee deep in volunteers yet faltering to feed those volunteers as they are not even toe deep in funding. In order to do my little part, I've decided to honor "COLLIER COMES TOGETHER" by Collier Community Foundation 501(c)3 as Southwest Florida Charity of the Month October 2022. Please join us on Thursday, October 13th at "South Street Naples" in the Tippling Room banquet hall from 6 until 8:30 pm where we will award those special business owners voted in by our readers as well as local notables and volunteers. Guests will enjoy: Complimentary Pizza & Light Appetizers Cash Bar Portion of ticket sales donated to "Collier Comes Together" 100% of additional donations go directly to the cause Award Winners photos will be published post event!
